Our functional fiber is manufactured through a melt-spinning process that incorporates nano-graphene with polyamide 6 chips, delivering exceptional multifunctional properties: The ultra-strong antibacterial capability (＞99% efficacy) stems from graphene's sharp edges physically disrupting microbial cell membranes, while its surface charge effect provides proactive anti-mite performance. The intelligent UV protection employs dual mechanisms of absorption and reflection with UPF 50+ rating. Far-infrared functionality significantly enhances thermal radiation performance, achieving measured temperature increases exceeding 3°C.
Technologically, the antibacterial mechanism operates through three synergistic actions: graphene nanosheets form physical barriers, their razor-sharp edges directly rupture bacterial cell walls, and surface charges interfere with microbial metabolism. UV protection is achieved via graphene's unique two-dimensional structure that generates UV absorption peaks, surface plasmon resonance-enhanced reflection, and multi-scattering attenuation of ultraviolet energy.
