Virgin Premium Material
Made from 100% virgin acrylic fiber, not recycled materials. This ensures purity, free from impurities, with stable performance. It guarantees the final product is odorless and free from chemical residues, complying with stringent international toy safety standards.
Toy-Specific Morphology
3D Crimp Structure: The fibers feature a permanent three-dimensional helical crimp, which interlock to form a stable network. This creates superior loft and prevents matting, ensuring toys maintain their plump shape long-term with excellent recovery.
Flat Shape & 38mm Length: The unique flat cross-section increases friction and surface area between fibers, further enhancing bulk and support.
