This product is PA6 Nylon Staple Fiber (5D×76mm), made from high-strength nylon 6 (PA6) material, offering excellent wear resistance, heat resistance, and resilience. With a fineness of 5 denier (micro-denier grade) and a length of 76mm, it is suitable for applications such as nonwoven fabrics (needle-punched/hydroentangled), textile yarns, filtration materials, and reinforced composites. The fibers disperse evenly and are easy to process, significantly enhancing the flexibility and durability of end products. Widely used in demanding applications such as automotive interiors, industrial filter fabrics, and home textiles. Custom specifications are available, with guaranteed stable quality.
